The Architectural Project

The architectural project is the one that serves as a basis for the conception of all other projects. It is the materializing of an idea, allied to such aspects as functionality, comfort, esthetics, health and safety, besides the legal aspects, and is executed by an architect. In the project, the rooms are represented with the partitions, dimensions and areas in the blueprint (horizontal) and in cuts (vertical), the location of the lot, the roof details and the fronts.

The Structural Project

The other projects should be elaborated by civil engineers and electricians and must follow the Architectural Project totally. The Structural Project is the dimensioning of the structures which will support the building. It is responsible for the safety of the building against cracking of the walls as well as crumbling of the building.
A perfect equilibrium is needed between concrete and steel into the natural elements in order to have a safe construction.

Electrical Project

Must be designed by an electrical engineer, who figures the ideal dimensioning of the power charges, wiring, conduits, power switches, etc., and respective details.

Hydraulic Project

Can be designed ether by a civil engineer or by an architect. Failure in having a good project could cause lack of water pressure in the showers as foul smell in drains.
